- Hosting; - Initial technical training* on the features of the chosen template;

- Resolution of instabilities on the web: offline or invisible website;

- Troubleshooting the features of the chosen template;

- Assistance in case of malware;

- Backups of the last version of introduced contents.

*Additional trainings have an additional cost.

Does not include**:

- Changes to the layout and structure of the website;

- Introduction of contents;

- Correction of errors caused by the user;

- Acquisition of domains;

- Creation of emails;

- Configuration of POP, IMAP, SMTP, Webmail email accounts.

**The provision of these additional services has an additional cost.

Fixing criteria for participation IN GIVEAWAY FrameWeb

1. HOBBY

1.1. The contest “Win a new website with FrameWeb”, hereinafter referred to as “giveaway”, is promoted by FrameWeb, headquartered at Rua da Bela Vista à Graça, nº 31ª, Piso 6 – Office 18 1170 - 254 Lisbon, holder of the number registration number and legal person 514 583 037.

1.2. The giveaway will be publicized on FrameWebs social networks, but will take place exclusively on FrameWebs Instagram page (@frameweb.pt).

1.3. The giveaway will run from the 10th to the 24th of January 2022 (until 11:59 pm).

1.4. The winner wins the development of a website with a FrameWeb backoffice, hosting for 1 year and technical support from a specialized team.

1.5. All documentation related to the giveaway, including this document, will be available on the FrameWeb website.


2. PARTICIPATION CRITERIA

2.1. This document establishes the terms and conditions applicable to the giveaway, which are absolutely decisive for the attribution of any prize, whereby the respective omission or incompleteness will always imply the exclusion of the participants involved in the competition, without any right to compensation, whatever title for.

2.2. By participating in this giveaway, the participant agrees with the Participation Criteria set out in this document and agrees to be subject to them.

2.3. Any additional clarification may be obtained by means of a written request sent to the email info@frameweb.pt


3. PARTICIPATION

3.1. These are conditions of participation:

a) Follow the Instagram page @frameweb.pt;

b) Like the Instagram post about the giveaway;

c) Tag three friends in the comments of this same post;

Each participant can participate as many times as they want, as long as they identify different friends.

3.2. Participation in the giveaway is free so:

a) The products covered by the same will not suffer any price increase due to its realization;


Note that, from the day the competition winner is announced (January 25, 2022), they will have a total of 12 months to send all the content they intend to introduce on the website (until January 25 of 2023). In the event of not sending these same contents, the winner loses the respective prize.
